Mediation

My skill, experience in labor and employment law also extends to my mediation practice. I am certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Civil mediator. I am available to mediate cases in Florida Circuits Courts, Federal Courts, and private disputes. I have received intensive training in the strategies and tactics used in today's alternative dispute resolution forums. As a neutral fact-finder, I pursue positive outcomes for parties in labor and employment dispute resolution.

I  furnish my services at a rate of $325.00 per hour, two-hour minimum. Service for conducting the mediation will be divided equally between each of the negotiators for the parties. This will include separate, private conferences with each negotiator, as well as conferences in which all parties are present.  Any calls from you requests to review of any information before the mediation, or post-mediation follow-up via telephone and email will be billed directly to the party initiating the service at the rate of $325.00 per hour.  I do not charge for travel time to and from Levy and Alachua Counties.
